Aussie Specialist Programme


Aussie Specialist Programme is created and managed by Tourism Australia in conjuction with eight State and Terrirtory Tourism Organisations. The programme is specially designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to sell Australia more effectively to your customers.

It is an innovative online course designed with the objective to eventually help you:

  • Sell Australia more effectively to your customers
  • Satisfy the needs of different customers
  • Increase the number and value of your Australia bookings, and
  • Earn higher commissions by booking your customer's arrangements before they travel to Australia.


There are nineteen core modules that you must complete in order to qualify as an Aussie Specialist.

Score 85% or more in the quiz questions (scattered throughout each module), and you will qualify as an Aussie Specialist.

The online learning environment allows you complete flexibility throughout the course. You can learn in your own time and at your own pace.

Once you have qualified, you will be invited to continue your online training by completing the Advanced Modules on Australia’s niche modules.


Apart from the status of being an Aussie specialist, you will also be entitled to a number of personal and professional benifits.
