The Expo aims to provide a platform for networking between travel & tourism companies from Japan and their Indian counterparts resulting in synergising their efforts to promote tourist traffic in both directions. A one-on-one interaction will focus on marketing new destinations, packages and other tourism related facilities.
Decision and policy makers, senior executives from private travel companies, hotels, airlines, railways etc from both countries will participate in panel discussions during the Expo. Recommendations, ideas and suggestions thrown up during discussions will be considered to make user friendly amendments in rules and regulations.
